Upgrading or Downgrading

Change your Tactix plan at any time.

Upgrading

Click Upgrade in the navigation bar or go to Pricing. Select a plan and complete payment. Your account upgrades immediately.

Downgrading

Go to Account SettingsSubscription and select Change Plan. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Any plays, exports, or links created on a higher plan are not deleted when you downgrade — but features that require the higher plan (clean exports, long-lived links, etc.) will no longer work until you upgrade again.

Cancelling

Go to Account SettingsSubscriptionCancel Plan. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
