Billing
Upgrading or Downgrading
Change your Tactix plan at any time.
Upgrading
Click Upgrade in the navigation bar or go to Pricing. Select a plan and complete payment. Your account upgrades immediately.
Downgrading
Go to Account Settings → Subscription and select Change Plan. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Any plays, exports, or links created on a higher plan are not deleted when you downgrade — but features that require the higher plan (clean exports, long-lived links, etc.) will no longer work until you upgrade again.
Cancelling
Go to Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
