Moving the Ball

Ball lock

Ball lock keeps the ball frozen in place while you reposition players around it.

Toggle it with the lock icon in the right sidebar.

• Lock on: the ball stays where it is; players move independently
• Lock off: you can drag the ball anywhere, and it can be assigned to players

Use ball lock when you're positioning players without worrying about the ball first.

Assigning the ball to a player

Click directly on a player to assign the ball to them. The ball snaps to that player and follows them when you draw their run.

Click on empty space to release the ball back to its own position.

Drawing a pass

1. Unlock the ball
2. Click and drag the ball to its destination

This creates a separate ball movement, independent of any player. You'll see the path drawn on the field.

Quick straight-line pass (Shift key)

Hold Shift while dragging the ball to draw a perfectly straight pass. Without Shift, the path follows your cursor exactly and can curve.
